Shipment policy
Orders are shipped throughout Greece and Cyprus with ELTA courier Speedex courier and through delivery to transport agencies in your area. For Attica area, there is no additional cost. For international shipments, we cooperate with DHL, FedEx or other local shipping agencies. In addition, it is feasible for shipping with a different transport company, upon request.
Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day and are delivered in 1-3 working days, or extra delivery time for remote areas. For Cyprus, the expected delivery time is 5-8 working days, for European area or other international shipments, 5-10 working days. In any case, you may be informed at any time about the progress of your order through the communication platform.
** In case of special orders (custom made) the shipping time is flexible and there is a definite schedule of project deadline by CombosArt team.

As a deposit reason you should state either your name or your order id. Once you have completed the deposit you will need to inform us via e-mail -> info@combosart.gr or by phone so that we can confirm the payment and ship your order. We point out that in case of non-payment within 2 working days, the order will be cancelled. In case of payment from a different bank (transfer), any transaction comissions are borne by the customer.
Shipping charges
The shipping costs which are calculated in the shopping cart, represent parcels up to 2 kilograms of actual or volumetric weight according to the measurements of the courier company, which our company cooperates with. In case the package of the customer's order exceeds 2 kilograms of weight, there is extra information about the additional charge, before shipment.
Product returns
In case you wish to change one or more products of your order, you should contact us within 14 days from the day of order's clearance.
In case of changing, the product must be in perfect condition, exactly as sent from us, and unused. Returns and changes should be delivery cost covered by customer. Products that are personalized are excluded from the return process ..
