In case you wish to change one or more products of your order, you
should contact us within 14 days from the day of order's clearance.
In
case of changing, the product must be in perfect condition, exactly as
sent from us, and unused. Returns and changes should be delivery cost
covered by customer. Products that are personalized are excluded from
the return process.
